1. Os bilhetes podem ser reembolsados?
Não. Todos os bilhetes são não reembolsáveis, mesmo em caso de ausência ou desistência.
2. A que horas devo chegar ao complexo?
Durante a semana, a chegada deve ser até às 10h00 (com tolerância de 1h00, ou seja, até às 11h00). Aos fins de semana e feriados, deve chegar até às 09h30 (também com tolerância de 1h00, ou seja, até às 10h30). Após este horário, a entrada não será permitida.
3. Posso sair e voltar a entrar no complexo no mesmo dia?
Sim, mas tem 30 min para voltar a entrar novamente.
4. Posso levar comida e bebidas?
Sim, é permitido trazer comida leve e água excepto objetos de vidros ou material cortante.
5. Os bilhetes são pessoais? Posso transferi-los para outra pessoa?
Os bilhetes são pessoais e intransmissíveis.
6. Crianças precisam de bilhete?
Crianças até aos 4 anos não pagam. A partir dos 5 anos, devem adquirir bilhete conforme a tabela.
7. Há estacionamento disponível?
Sim, há estacionamento gratuito limitado junto ao complexo.
8. É permitido levar bóias, pranchas ou outros brinquedos aquáticos?
Apenas as braçadeiras insufláveis e coletes são permitidos. Não é permitido levar bóias circulares, nem pranchas ou outros brinquedos aquáticos.

I have not received my Salinas Splash ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Salinas Splash tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Salinas Splash tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Salinas Splash ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
